March 2020 sales are in. Compared to 2019 waterfront in Huntsville and Almaguin has decreased, while Single Family in Huntsville has increased while unit sales were down. Almaguin Single Family has decreased even though unit sales were up and the average days to sell were less than 2019. The March weather was Ok, however, the pandemic has had a slight impact on sales. April unit sales will be pretty flat and the average sale prices should be interesting when compared to 2019.
