Sometimes life or the man above gives you a real pleasure, and in Real Estate its helping people like Joey and Mary to make a life goal a reality by selling their home and getting them onto an acreage. Their son took this photo in front of the SOLD sign on their house in the city. Soon to come the acreage arrival picture!

My favorite part of the job - checking out hunting land with my new drone! AND I was doing it with my Veteran brother in law on remembrance day(he didn't wanna be in the photo) which made it even funner!

It was too darn cold for an outside pic! Awesome house for an awesome dude!

Just in case anyone didn't know - my brokerage and myself are now a member of the Calgary board as well and as such have access to the Pan Albertan MLS system. Which means I can find and help purchase or sell a property anywhere in Alberta. Just an FYI :)

Well with all the restrictions haven't been able to get any good photos of recent sales.... so will put this one up. Hopefully everyone has planned out how to have a great holiday season using their creative juices!! Boy doing Christmas photos with kids is a really good excuse for a "spiced' eggnogg!
