Well are Christmas season is approaching quickly so that being said we will be available to cater your Christmas parties or if you just want protein smoked. We can smoke -turkeys -ham -brisket-ribs-pulled pork-farmers sausage or maybe you want smoked chicken let us know. With the restrictions it’s a little different but we can cover it. Good morning just wondering how many people would be interested in brisket on a bun or ribs this Sunday at 4:00 pm the sides would be potato salad baked beans and a cornmeal muffin with the ribs. The price would be $15 a plate. Thank you and you all have a great day.
