National Bubble Gum Day was created by children’s book author Ruth Spiro as a way for kids to raise money for school activities without having to sell anything. May statistics are in! Less residential units were sold this May in comparison to May 2019, but again a slight increase in the average sales price. Let's see what June brings us... I'm staying positive!

April statistics show with no surprise that residential sales are down more than 50% in April 2020 compared to April 2019. Average residential sales price in Barrie was still up by 9.10%. I will keep you posted on May statistics as soon as they are available...
