Scrolling and scrolling could just mean 10+ minutes of more of the same. But sometimes lightning strikes, a grand slam happens and wild meme appears that clings to you. Such was one I'm alluding too. Drink your water. Mind your own fucking business Bold letters pasted as the picture. No caption needed or necessary.. Deep meaning but succint in delivery. Seems silly to unpack it to a great end but in the current theme of this three parter I will a bit. It can be broken down from many angles. But lets start at the beginning. Drink your water. Thats simple enough. But may be the cause of some neurotic questions. How much water? Do I count the water in my coffee? Is there a BEST kind of water? Should I space out my water? Does it have to be water, I mean can I drink chocolate milk instead? Its wet right? Answer: Drink more than you are now and here's the scientician in me telling why its a good thing Because it keeps you alive. Drink up. Mind your own fucking business. YES. Yes please. Punch the clock at work and so and so is like where is so and so? How do I know? I'm not his fucking mother. Mind my own business go to work, slide of the back of the brontosaurus and go home. The freedom that allows me is to put the lions share of my thoughts, feelings, efforts on the task at hand to my full capabilities. I don't have to worry why so and so is 3 minutes late. Not my business. Did you hear? Something from the rumour mill pops up. You know if it's about so and so getting ahead in business or life. Old lady is pregnant, bought a house, reached a new PR. Good on you young blood. I like that, I'm with that. But if you ask if I heard that so and so was 3 minutes late. Get the fuck on. Call it self centered or pamper it up by saying self-care. But everyones got their own weight to pull and at times in life you will have to be strong enough to carry it for others that you care deeply for. But know how to seperate the wheat from the chaff. You got water to drink and your own success to get. You can't be pawing into why someone can't get to the punch clock on time. Not your people? Not your problem.

Jornada Del Meurto # 21 Funeral Pyre for the Morning Star Part One The Nagging Voice ... Doubt is the devil. There is no need to splash words around to come around full circle to that point. If you do not believe in what you are doing MORESO then how much you doubt it you will not win. In fact you are already half way out of success and journeying towards making excuses for your failure. Erase the doubt. Thats on you to figure out how. And I'm sure at this point the self-help industry profit margin is jaw dropping so lack of information is not a problem. It's application. Try hard and believe in yourself It's laughable to most. Because its level one tutorial basic. But apply it even to the smallest task and harness the momentum from it. Put your pants on in the morning, believe you can get to work on time, fuck-up an order, task, rep and believe you WILL not again. Say the good things to yourself. Negate complaining about how poverty your bench is. If you say you are rich everyday, you find the wealth in your time, effort and opportunities. If you are a salty bitch all day you just get more people and instances that will shake on you. Goddamn it just get yourself together. What good is it to throw seperate pieces of yourself at the wall that needs to be tackled? Unify as one and charge through the fucking thing. And then on to the on to the on to the next one. The nagging voice it will always be there. If it's loud it will section you. And don't mistake my understanding of this concept I know its a herculean struggle. Illustrated you have a building, a body, a whatever. You have a bomb inside or close in proximity. It goes off and rains destruction on the structure. Bits of brick, bone and guts everywhere. Your job and responsibility is to gather it all and put it all back together. All the while the voice tells you aren't good enough too. It nags that you lack the talent and intelligence to complete the task. And the task itself could be a lifetime of work. But that doesn't matter you have to get the job done piece by piece. When the voice flares up adjust the volume, dial it to a faint whisper.
