A couple more days until I participate in this amazing and challenging event. Although it will be one day (a really long day) for me, I think about those who have to face these conditions all season long. I think about how thankful I am to have a warm bed to sleep in, a hot meal (if I want one), a heating blanket and many many many other niceties that I tend to take for granted. I am over the moon to announce this news. Bikram yoga changed my life and this is where it all began. I couldn’t be happier to follow in David Tiviluk footsteps and step into my new role as owner of Midtown Yoga Kitchener Waterloo. Thank you to the team at MTYKW for welcoming me so warmly into this new chapter and supporting me in this endeavour. Throwback to this amazing retreat Niki and I are hosting another November 29th - December 6th book now!!! ... I am feeling grateful! Spent the most amazing week with these powerful, strong and fabulous women. Niki Gilmour and I hosted a healthy holiday in Costa Rica, we look forward to hosting many more. There were many take-aways but I believe what I learnt the most is that we all come from different walks of life, we all experience different problems in different ways - but if we stop every once in a while and listen to one another we can make it through anything with the love and support of those around us. These 9 women started off the week as mostly strangers (some knew each other, others knew no one) and left as family. Thank you
