Over the fall I've been working hard on a collection of artwork to submit to an art show in Toronto in February. It has been difficult at times to try to get the pieces finished while being a full time nursing student, but I'm extremely happy with the results after submitting my pieces yesterday! I will post the specific details of each piece soon and they will also be for sale! I'm so excited to see what the future will bring, as I feel like I've just scratched the surface of what I can do with my art! :)

This painting will be donated to the Willow House women's shelter in Cornerbrook, Newbrunswick for women and children. The shelter offers counselling services, a 24 hour crisis line, and shelter from family violence and abuse. This 11" x 14" painting I named "Sea of Marble" will be in a silent aution in Newfoundland this week to raise funds to keep the shelter going. #rebekahjart #resin #resinartist Ashton Martin
