"Kyla has truly changed my life in regards to my overall health. I started personal training with Kyla approximately three years ago and I've never felt better! She has challenged me physically, and also at times pushed me to do less because it was in my best interests. Kyla is extremely knowledgeable and aside from helping me stay physically fit she's also helped me recover from knee, back and shoulder issues I was having for years. Along with the personal training, I also take reformer and yoga classes in-studio. The scheduled times are fantastic, and the workouts are even better. With the new COVID-19 pandemic Kyla has started offering virtual personal training, and virtual classes - both of which I have taken part in. I love that I can still have a killer workout at home in a virtual one-on-one training session. Kyla helps me utilize the small amount of equipment I have to create some of the hardest workouts I've ever done. I also have enjoyed the virtual yoga classes offered online. I was doing yoga at the studio once a week prior to this pandemic. For me, yoga isn't something I am good at doing on my own - I need to follow an instructor for this style of exercise. So, having the virtual classes has really helped me keep up with my practice and actually get even better as I can join more classes from the comfort of my home. I will continue to attend Fit Bodies Fit Minds classes virtually until we can all get back to our normal routines, and of course I will continue to train with Kyla for years to come."
