First project of the season is complete and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Really loving this one in Cochrane! This one has a bit of everything. From the maintenance free #Rymar durablade 65 Turf to the garden beds, featuring rubber mulch and boulders from #burnco and a princess Kay plum from #5startrees. Finally a fortress style pressure treated fence for #nextlevel security capped everything off. Sunny days in October are a thing of beauty

Wrapped this project in McKenzie Lake last week. Our client runs a home business and this #broomfinish concrete set of steps is going to make accessing the walkout super safe and convenient. We love how this one turned out On to the next one! Cheers to the weekend!

Front and back in Richmond. In the back we tore out the old deck and replaced it with a Pressure treated beauty, increasing the functional space to over 350 sqft. We finished off the backyard with 40mm crushed rundle. In the front we got rid of the #MugoPine and flawlessly replaced it with new Manderley sod. The best part is we got to repurpose the mugo back at Rebel HQ. Smiles all around

Anytime Rebel and Kerridge get together it’s always. Out, was the old, seasoned wooden deck and in it’s place is this beautiful exposed aggregate concrete patio. What a difference!

It was time for a fence upgrade in Lakeview! This Timber fortress style fence is now built to last! All 137 linear feet of it

Another look at Elgin Manor. This one is a #masterpiece and of course we had to include a pic of our happy customers. This front yard has a little bit of everything. We started with a stackable Rundle Boulder wall, which helped us get the height required for the perfect patio space. We went with brand new, premium #Hexagon paving stones from Techo-Bloc for the patio. Added 7 landscape lights from Kichler Lighting to accent the #hardscape so this front yard stands out 25 hours a day Finally, we finished with Rymar Durablade 95 turf to make this yard as close to maintenance free as possible. You know Chad Blumes and Stephanie Wilson will be putting this front yard to good use. The envy of the neighbourhood. #mckenzietowne #frontyarddreams

It’s starting to cool down but we’re still bringing the , this time in Legacy. This complete yard overhaul is something special. After clearing out all the weeds we simplified the front and side yard with washed rock courtesy of the good people Burnco. Our friends at #kerridgeconcrete assisted with the pour and finish on a two tier back patio which sits in front of a garden bed featuring shrubs and 2 #KendallFlagstone Pavers. Sod was laid out to complete the backyard and everything is enclosed within a fortress style timber fence.

Recently our client in Lakeview was looking to accomplish two things with her landscaping project. 1) bring life to the side of her yard and 2) turn the walkway at the side of her house into a space where you can actually walk by. After everything was cleared out, Expocrete cobblestone pavers were installed to complete the walkway. Under the house we went with washed rock and utilized a timber retaining wall for separation. Sod was added as the final touch to complete the project

Our client in Cedarbrae went BIG with a 160mm #GreenAsh courtesy of Foothills Nurseries. This bad boy had a 65 rootball and weighed 5000lbs Foothills came through in the clutch and assisted with a direct move, complete with installation at night to avoid the heat. To compliment the green ash we built a 6’ diameter Barkman Stackstone Tree well. For good measure we decided to add another around the freshly painted @cityofcalgary fire hydrant The @rymar Durablade 95 really pops and makes this front yard stand out!

With the end of August in the very near future, it’s always a bittersweet time for us. On one hand it means the best season in Calgary is almost over, but on the other hand it allows us to reflect on all the good that we’ve done in the current season. Each year we push ourselves to have a season that tops the previous, and this year has exceeded our expectations. Those expectations and realities really hinge on one thing, amazing employees. So, at our last safety meeting of the season it was really time to just reflect on all the amazing work that everyone at Rebel Outdoor has put forth this season. Everyone has an integral part in making the machine go, and when everyone plays their part the bumps in the road aren’t as rough. #roundofapplause
