Spooky season might be coming up but we’re making sure nothing about our cleaning practice is scary! We’re keeping things clean, safe and sanitary but having fun while doing it. We’d like to introduce you to our new toy: the electrostatic spray machine. ... The electrostatic spray disinfection system turns disinfectant liquid into aerosols, then applies a charge to each droplet so that they are attracted to surfaces through electrostatic forces which are greater than gravity. Application is touch-less which reduces cross contamination. Spray and wipe modalities can often move bacteria from one surface to another. Electrostatic wrapping means that all areas of our bags, dumbbells, benches and mats will be enveloped in disinfectant solution. The solution we are using is Vital Oxide, a hospital grade disinfectant which is not irritating to the skin. Vital Oxide has been approved by the EPA for use against SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus which causes Covid-19. TL;DR: WE’RE KEEPING THINGS FREAKING CLEAN

COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT We are so grateful as a new business and young family that we were allowed to remain open during this period of uncertainty. We have invested emotionally and financially in this business to create a place of solace for you guys to be in the moment, relieve some stress and punch your hearts out. So that being said, we want to be the standard for gym safety and once again upgrade our precautions, so we can keep doing what we love which is servicing you.... So for the duration of the red zone, we are going to ask that all of our REBLS wear their masks 100% of the time during the class, even when at their bag or bench. We will downgrade back to the procedure you are used to with a government downgrade to orange zone. We have breathable lightweight masks available for you guys free of charge to make the transition easier. Think of us as the over protective parents who love and care for you.
