Meet Leslie! Leslie is the facilitator for our upcoming expressive arts workshop! The workshops will be centred on play, imagination and fun! ... We asked Leslie about her childhood memories, What is your favourite childhood memory? Going to Stafford Lake boating every night in the summer with my family. My dad would get off work and we would be already packed up and ready to go boat for the night, into the darkness. What does it look like when you embrace your inner-child? True authenticity, real laughter, and pure joy. There are no worries and a sense of being care-free. No responsibilities, deadlines, urgencies or stresses. Just pure joy. What do you do for your wellness break? I go running, spend time with my closest friends playing games or watching movies. FaceTime with my family. Anything that is truly for myself and gives me joy. We can't wait to learn what you have to teach us!
