Her are a couple of walls and smaller jobs we have got done !

Here is another little patio we did out at the lake as well as installed a 4inch line fir the customer and releveled the yard for proper drainage

Her is a front and rear flower bed we cleaned up so the customer could do something new and fresh with. We pulled out the old vegetation and recycled most of it around the community, cleaned out the old stones and installed a heavy grade landscape fabric and finished them off with new crushed grannit !

Her is a raised patio we did for a family in town, the stone in this patio was from barkman concrete in the Rosetta Dimensional flagstone. We then installed 6x6 treated planks for a border and filled in between with 2.5inch river rock. The family in this home had some trouble trying to get grass to grow due to the heavy compacted soil, so we brought in a few yards of lighter soil to adjust the ph levels and loosen up the ground then used a custom seed mix to ensure a healthy root structure. We then aerated the yard in the spring and fall to lossen the soil and to oxygenate the lawn to help assist in healthy root growth. To finish this job off we installed an automatic sprinkler system that we designed to help keep this lawn healty and strong! We enjoyed this job and appreciate the continued support !

Here is a small patio we did for a repeat customer, we initially started by installing a sprinkler system as well as a new sod job and come back the next year to add this sitting area !

In the rest of this job on the upper level of the house we installed and releveled the floors and installed new beams as well as floor joist. We tore out the old original wall of the house and installed a new load bearing wall to add more strength and integrity to the home. In the kitchen we ended up having to relevel the ceiling as well as jack the exterior wall in 6inches to level so we could install the new kitchen cupboard! We had a few challenges with this one but in t...he end we made a better stronger home for many years to come. We converted a bedroom into a ensuite bathroom off the bedroom, installed all new wiring and lights threw out as well as new plumbing then insulated the attic space. We finished off with new flooring and paint new lighting and fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms! I wish we had pictures on the beginning of this renovation to show how much this place really changed. So where to start on this one ! Continuing on from the window install we remodeled the basement to install a bedroom with a good size closet, installed a new bathroom with a stand up shower, in order to do this we had to cut out more of the floor and install new piping for the toilet ,sink and shower drains. We ended up having to tear out all the old walls and installed new studs and insulation due to rotted studs from the water damage. We ran all new electrical and plumbing... in the house with emergency water shut offs , we then tore out the old hateater tank and installed a new hot water on demand. We finished the bath room off with a stand up shower ventilation new vanity and toilet with new led pot lights threw out the entire basement. For the flooring we ran industrial grade laminate continues threw out the entire basement that is water safe with a floating dry core sub floor. We finished the basement up with new trum and a drop ceiling to give it a new clean look ! See more

We installed 4 new regulation sized windows in to this cinder block basement to allow the home owners to install bedrooms in the basement to meet code

Her is a job we did on the home repair side, this customer was having problem with water coming in threw the floor and damaging the walls in his basement so we installed some weeping tile on the north and east wall with a sump for easy removal of un wanted water

Here is a job we ended up pulling 4 partial walkways and driveways up, they had settled out to the point water was running into the buildings and was going to start cousing damage so we pulled them up and found the wrong base material was used so we dug it down12inches installed fetch to help strengthen the troubled areas releveled and set a proper run off to ensure no water damage could happen then finished them off buy locking the stones in place with a polymer sand t help give strength as well as protection from washouts

Her is a yard we revamped the sprinkler system, we started out by installing new high eficent water saver heads, repositioned the heads in the back yard to get better coverage to meet the needs of the home owner as well as moved the above ground valve bank below ground to clean up the appearance on the house we then installed a new computer system to make it fully automated! Her is a walk way we got the chance to do, I was all over it when I found out who I would be giving orders too! We pulled up the old walkway and reset a new one with Roman pavers and finished it off with a border. It turned out great!

Here is a patio we did for a local family over looking the valley we ended up recycling some old slabs and mixed them with a new style to give them a unique look that you won't find anywhere else like it ! Hope you guys enjoy it for many years to come
