Hello Everyone! I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to give some updates regarding Red Cross Training during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Canadian Red Cross has asked that all in-person training in to cease until further notice. What does this mean for you if your First Aid/CPR is expiring or has expired OR if you are needing to take First Aid and CPR for the first time? ... All Red Cross participant first aid certifications (which would have expired March through June 30, 2020) will be considered valid 90 days beyond their expiry date. no new cards will be issued for the extension online courses are available in Standard First Aid and CPR- once complete, the participant will receive a completion certificate for the online portion and then will have to complete the in-class portion within 90 days. After the online and classroom portion are both completed the participant will be issued the normal 3 year certification. Please feel free to contact me at 306-725-7982 (call or text), or send a private message if you have questions regarding your current certification or to set up training for you as an individual, or group.
