Hi all just a reminder that next Monday the Red Lake Rec Centre is closed for stat holiday. Happy thanks giving! As an alternative, we will be sparring at Balmertown Rec Centre on Tuesday. PM me if you wish to attend.

Looking forward to a big turnout for Thurday's class. We are going to be doing some killer conditioning and sparring! For those not wanting to spar, there's some awesome technical drills and clinching. Also, we got a ton of new equipment in to meet the growing class size. So come on down and break in some pads!
