This Spicy Beef Noodle Soup originated from the Central Region of Vietnam. 'Bun Bo Hue' is the perfect balance of spice and many flavors harmonized in a single bowl. Many of the small cities and villages of the Central region of Vietnam are currently in the process of recovering from the treacherous weather patterns that has hit them in the last month. We were able to send back some Funds to aid in some emergency relief. We hope for conditions to settle down in Central Vietnam soon, so families can perhaps gather again and enjoy a Bowl of Bun Bo Hue...
