Talk Title: "LIVING IN GRACE" We see Reverend Joanne Boruck on Facebook Live (Red Deer Centre for Spiritual Living) Sunday morning meditation at 10:40 a.m., Celebration Service to Follow Our GROWING SPIRITS CIRCLE Word for the day: ACCEPTANCE Acceptance means deciding to be happy even when you do not get what you want, or when things are not going the way you want. Acceptance is making the best of every minute. Affirmation: "I accept people and things the way they are, and I am happy every day." ANNOUNCEMENTS We now have a Christmas Bureau Box waiting to be filled with new, unwrapped toys for children in need. And a Red Deer Food Bank Box. You are invited to fill them up. Thank you! NOVEMBER AFFIRMATIONS Opening: Joyously I enter into the good of this day. I celebrate and rejoice, knowing that God is good, life is good, and I am good. I move and act and speak from a state of grace and loving kindness towards all. And so it is. Prosperity: I give and I receive, and I do so with gratitude. All that I am is a gift of Spirit; all that I do is a gift back to Life, maintaining that perfect circulation that is God in action. I choose to bless myself and my world by sharing generously. And so it is. Closing: I step into the events of this day with enthusiasm, vitality and a calm expectation of good. As I expect good in every situation, it is what I receive. It is done to me as I believe. And so it is. Cleanliness can be in your mind too. A clean mind means that you keep your thoughts on things that are good for you. You can "clean up your act" by deciding to change when you have something you are not proud of or when you make a mistake. Affirmation: "I am good to myself as I take care of my world."
