Red Deer Fencing Club is pleased to announce a recreational, unsanctioned, monthly mini-tournament for registered club members only. The tournament will be a double elimination format with one super-poule to determine points. Points will be carried forward monthly to each tournament and accumulated over the season to determine the overall RDFC Will Fence for Food! champion. AFA tournament guidelines will be in place for participants to practice tournament protocols. Entry fee will be $5.00 payable at the door and a donation to the food bank. Register in person by November 20th. Tournament to be held on November 21st, 1:00-4:00PM with a special guest coach to be announced this week!

Nouveau fournisseur officiel de vêtements de la FCE Nous sommes heureux d'annoncer que Primetime Custom et Adidas Canada sont les nouveaux fournisseurs officiel...s de vêtements de la FCE. Dans le cadre de cet accord, Primetime Custom va lancer une boutique en ligne exclusive pour fournir à la FCE à la fois des produits Adidas et des options de vêtements génériques. Le CFF recevra également un rabais sur tous les achats effectués, ce qui contribuera au financement des programmes. If you're not sure which class, please contact us. Please bring a completed registration form to your first class. Bingo sign up will be available for the Tuesday, September 15th bingo. Equipment The AFA will possibly be doing another Mass equipment order and I would highly recommend all members to purchase your own equipment ( especially a mask) if you are able to at this time. We will let you know when AFA confirms this.

We hope everyone is doing well, enjoying the summer weather and staying safe. At this time we are trying to implement the guidelines given to us from AFA, CFF & the AHS. August 25 -27 FENCING CAMP:... To make up for the missed fencing classes in the winter semester, we will run a day camp (Tues Wed Thur) August 25-27. The classes will run in their age groups (9AM-12PM for 9yrs-13yrs and 1PM-4PM for 14yrs-18yrs). This camp is free to anyone who was registered in the Winter Semester 2020. I will send another email by Friday with more information. This email will include the COVID Waiver & Release form.
