Another order done! Forty 6" meat pies. Boy, I'm tired but feels good to have those finished.

It is the week of Gluten-Free. Last Saturday, I did GF butter tarts, cinnamon rolls and a lemon torte. Today, I will be making GF lemon tarts.... Also, looking for GF, dairy-free Christmas baking recipes. I have one interested person, is anyone else interested?

Today's accomplishment......... 10 turkey pot pies (5" X 8")....$10 each

Yesterday, the October 10th dinner was cancelled, understandably though. Today, I sold the last 2 lasagnas so spent several hours in the kitchen making more. So 18 (5 X8) are now in the freezer along with 2 dozen muffins and 4 mini vegan Banana Bread loaves.

After I delivered the food, pies, tortes and fruit & cheese kabobs, to Thessalon for a memorial reception, I served coffee and dessert at my picnic table in the drizzling rain to the MNR people who are tracking Sand Hill Cranes in our area. It was fun visiting with them and learning more about what they are doing.
