Please continue reading for more information regarding booking an order, placing an order deposit, booking a 2021 wedding, and our updated COVID protocols. Please Note: ... (We continue to encourage customers to only place a 50% deposit if you are certain your event is going ahead, as our policy states we require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit to book. To prevent additional cancelations, we recommend waiting to place an order or deposit, until 1 week from the event date.) Deposits: Before and during COVID19, our booking policy is a 50% NON refundable deposit to save the date, and the remaining 50% balance will be due upon pick up. For orders paid FULL in advance, should you cancel within one week we will offer to reschedule/rebook the date, or allow for an instore credit worth 50% of your order total. Cancellations made on short notice (1 day before pick up) will not received the option of an in store credit. Wedding Tastings: Due to COVID19 we are unable to safely schedule in person consultations and cake tastings. Instead, we are offering free cupcake to-go sample packs of 3-4 flavors. We require 1 weeks notice for pick up. To inquire about a to-go tasting pack, please email [email protected]. Booking 2021 Weddings: Due to 2020 event cancellations regarding COVID19 restrictions, we have offered 2021 booking priority to our 2020 brides. As of Jan 2021 we will open up our books to new brides. Please include additional needs such as a cake stand rental, or delivery and set up. Booking your wedding order will require a $100 deposit to save the date, and booking will begin as of Jan 2021.
