I’ve been quiet for the last few months while my mom and I recover from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Jan 6. Happily, though, I was able to make this Frozen-themed cake for my sweet great-niece’s 1st birthday. Vanilla cake and icing with white chocolate snow drift drip and snowflakes. Happy birthday wee squishy Scarlett! We love you so much!
