Stumbled across this interesting article about Canadian artist Georges-Edouard Tremblay. I seem to recall someone sharing a vintage rug they found at a second hand shop with similar feeling to these paintings. Does anyone else remember that? lyleelderfolkart.com/artist-bios/georges-edouard-tremblay I
We found this amazing antler while walking on our farm on Sunday! We have a few acres of forest along the river with an abundance of resident deer. The antler made me think about the subtle beauty of warm neutral colours, and how I often forget about them, so I did some dyeing to fill the void. :-)
Too excited to get any work done! My punch is about to be on Hallmark Channel Home and Family show. Sometime between now and noon EST!
Northern lights wool. It's almost too pretty to cut up.
Out of the dyepot: Wool for a clear, cold night sky and snow covered ground. So pleased!
Excited to be teaching at the Black Sheep Festival this year. Registration is now open!
Interesting to see how beautiful wools are made https://youtu.be/_LEFf4Xbbs4

Merry Christmas! May this Holiday Season be filled with love, peace and happiness for you.

"Mr. Fox" is ready to go out into the world! I love drawing up this pattern- he always makes me smile.
