Hello Everyone, Just a reminder that this Wednesday will be our last class of 2020. There's also been a change to our January schedule. With covid cases on the rise in Kingston, it seems the safest option is to push back our start date. Classes will, tentatively, resume January 11. This may be subject to change as further developments arise.... Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and Happy Holidays. Stay safe, stay healthy, and see you in 2021!

Hello Everyone, I just confirmed with the Boys and Girls' club that December 16th will be our last class of 2020, with classes resuming on January 4th. If you have any questions please let me know.

Hello everyone, Thank you for your continued patience as we contend with the challenges of maintaining safe training during covid. When we initially returned to the dojo, I divided the classes to ensure we met government regulations for indoor gathering size. This has been a huge success, although I know a few of you are itching to get in some more training. With that in mind I'm happy to announce there are 5 free spaces in the Monday evening class. If anyone is interested in one of them please let me know.
