RedTail Rise is considered a country residential development but we often get asked questions about offered services (sewer, water, garbage, etc.) All lots are serviced via the town of High River, this means basic services are included in the lot price (water, sewer, garbage). Sites are also equipped with high speed fiber optic internet (available through Shaw). Feel free to give us a call today if you have any other questions about what each lot offers!

Wondering about lot size, lot specifications and house sizes for Red Tail Rise? Here are a few commonly asked questions (and answers). 1. Is there a minimum or maximum requirement for the size of a home?... Yes! Homes are expected to be no less than 130 m2 (1400 sq. ft). 2. What are the average sizes of the lots? In Phase 1a, lots range from .26 acre (12,000 sq.ft) to .45 acre (19,600 sq.ft). To compare, the average town lot is 6,000 sq.ft with some lots being a little as 3,500 sq.ft. 3. What are the minimum distances between homes? Side yards are a minimum of 2.4 m (8 ft) on each side, this means the minimum distance between homes is 4.8m (16 ft).
