First pandemic warm Pilates class complete! I wasn’t sure how it would be with the mask, but it really wasn’t a problem in the slightest. I did the whole class while also talking through the movement cues and I could breath perfectly well.

The Covid-19 notification app is now live. While I can’t force our clients to use this app, it is a very important part of the process to help minimize community spread. If you want to continue to have a studio in your community where you can gather to practice together, it is important we all do our part. It does not use GPS or track your locations. Your privacy is protected. (Besides, you already give WAY more information to Facebook, Instagram, amazon, etc, etc).... Please download this app.

We are re-opening next week for pre-registered class series. If you have an account with us and did not receive an email about re-opening (check your junk mail), it is likely because you haven’t given the business permission to email you. You can email the studio at [email protected] and grant permission and I will forward to you the re-opening email and you’ll be added to the list for future communications. We have very limited capacity, and my focus is to give our existing client base the chance to fill those spots first. Hi All, I took our website down a few weeks ago because we are going to transition services to be more cost efficient, It seems that when we removed the website service it messed up the studios email account... and we haven’t been getting emails properly since May 19th, and I didn’t become aware of it until today.
