Checking in....how is everyone doing? We all have good and bad days. My worst days are when I watch the news or read blog after blog...when I step away from social media, I find my balance and can center myself. How are you coping? Are you fearful? Do you have anxiety? Do you feel overwhelmed? Is depression taking hold? Or are you at ease and enjoying this break from the craziness of life. Are you reconnecting as a family? How To Inspire Right Now, a new Tour of Consciousness! I totally get it is much easier to align and agree with the doom and gloom and sense of catastrophe. Phoning, skyping and facetiming are so beneficial. ... I feel the impact and have moments of tears and anxiety like everyone. So I am exercising, getting plenty of rest, catching up on bookwork, cleaning and organizing. I am also self treating myself with meditation and Reiki. It really does help when my fears and anxiety take hold. Please move your bodies!! Go for walks if you are not quarantined or on isolation and try to eat healthy to strengthen your immune system. Drink lots of water!! Meditate, turn off all media and read a good book or play games with your children.
