Cheers to all of us who made it through a long January, the first month of a new decade too ! One of my goals for this year is less screen time and more real time. Month one has been a good start with 2 actual books read and 2 audio books listened to. Time with my people talking and listening. Time alone. You don’t realize how much time our devices suck up until you put them down, and leave them down for a bit. I am soaking up the warm sun streaming through my window as I post this. It feels wonderful . Hope all you followers are settling in to 2020 as well. Reflexology appts available February 6,11 and 13 evening if you are interested or want to treat someone !
