SQUAT HEAVY From doing these three corrections: 1 Contract your Butt hold it contracted ( squeeze) through the whole motion. 2 PUSH your knees out to the side or wrap a band around your top of your knees. 3 PUSH out your hips further back and allow a slight bend in your lower back.
