If you’ve never tried blending your coffee with cream and MCT oil, you should!! Game changer! So frothy and delicious. I use coconut milk as it is sweeter than cream and takes away the need for a sweetener of any kind. I also add my unflavoured glutamine, collagen and a splash of vanilla. A perfect morning boost.
