He specializes in Swedish Massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy and Myofascial Release. She started off as a manager since the doors opened over 15 years ago, and then took the leap and purchased Refresh in 2012 and has never looked back since!!! How does Kari balance being an amazing Mother, Wife, Owner and Friend.... Self-Care is so important to me! I try to never put it off as I like to think of it as recharging my mind and body. We asked Kari what her favorite go-to product would be...... Her response was There are so many amazing products from our Dermalogica line, but currently, due to the season and with so much stress on my skin due to the current conditions, it would be Dermalogica’s Charcoal Rescue Mask!! Doubles as a mask and exfoliant. When you reach the face washing portion of your mask, you'll find that your skin is also receiving its weekly dose of exfoliation. The volcanic ash, hot spring, marine silt (mud), and Bamboo stem extract are natural exfoliants that get rid of all the nastiness that builds up on your face. It reduces redness and creates a healthy glow. The masque contains niacinamide, which is known to reduce redness and inflammation - this means puffiness is going to be brought down significantly. On top of that, it contains a fair amount of sulfur, which promotes cellular turnover. Your skin is going to be baaaby soft!! It rids your skin of blackheads. Everyone gets blackheads sometimes - which is why pretty much anyone can make decent use of this mask.
