After 8 weeks of being closed, RE-GEAR will re-open tomorrow with regular business hours. I hope during this time everyone has remained both physically and mentally healthy. I welcome back all my great customers that have provided on-going support to both me and the store.... With the New World we live in unfortunately some things are different as far as how a Retail Store must function. Changes moving forward at RE-GEAR; We Will: Limit the number of customers in the store to 6 so please be patient. Ensure Staff wears a face covering to protect YOU, we would also prefer Customers arrive wearing one to protect US. We have signage (many thanks to Nancy at DigiGraphics) reminding people of physical distancing. Regularly clean and disinfect touched surfaces, ie: counters, door handles, debit machine and bathroom. Disinfect items tried on, especially full face helmets, to the best of our ability. Accept Cash but would prefer Debit or Credit card payment. No longer be accepting any Consignment or Trade-in items to decrease everyone’s risk. NOT hesitate to tell Customers to leave after ONE warning if they are putting others at risk by not maintaining proper physical distancing. In Addition; Customers will have to understand and accept the risk of trying on jackets, pants and gloves that someone may have recently tried on. We do not want to cause potential damage to the interior of such items by repeatedly cleaning them. Science has proven the Virus does not survive long or transfer easily from surfaces such as fabric however in the end there is still risk we want you to be aware of. Regards Alex
