Massage Therapy has allowed me to do that by helping others and spreading happiness. My technique is to begin the treatment by taking my client into a deep relaxation. I find better results when the client is relaxed. That’ll naturally relax the muscle then using deep tissue and trigger point therapy (also known as knot release) working on specific areas getting to the root of the problem. Following a stretch & hot hydrotherapy. All treatments are customized to clients pain tolerance, pressure and comfort. Checking in on client’s comfort is important. Treatments are always modified until my client is content and most importantly relaxed. Although I am qualified and experience with full body treatments, treating enormous amount of clients; from local and general pain. I specialize in neck and shoulder therapy. The neck muscles are the most important muscles because the cranial nerves (nerves that connect directly to the brain) innervate to them. Which means when the neck has tension build up, thats when you can experience anxiety, insomnia, depression. So overall therapy of the neck is not only focusing on decreasing local pain but also treating general pain of any mental illness, and stress. 2 modalities I may use in treatment is cupping & theragun therapy.
