Big Tom, the original candy maker and chocolatier turns 75 today Although Tom has been retired since 2006 we're proud to continue using the same recipes from his first days in the candy kitchen. Celebrating our two year anniversary in Old Quebec Street Shoppes we’ve designed another ornament. The Basilica of Our Lady, sits prominently on a central hilltop - the highest point in town. It is one of Guelph’s oldest buildings, a true landmark. We continue to be inspired by this historical treasure and designed this ornament in its honour.
