Why does society have us believe that we must feel shameful or guilty for rage or anger? It's TOTALLY healthy ... Funny story about how I decided to let out some anger and why I don't give a F that I did it. In reality, we all need to get off the judgement train and simply do what feels good in the moment and continue to act out of love. ... And yes, you can still kick over a snowman from your heart space... How do i know?? Because i did it. How to move through your anger to channel it into something productive that will move yourself and humanity forward.

Learning to love yourself is the toughest yet most rewarding journey you will ever embark on. Regardless where you are on your journey remember : You... Are Enough. & You Always Have Been. Anyone else learning to become their own best friend?? Isolation perks ... you get to know yourself REAL well & there’s only so long you can handle the sh*t programming before you’re forced into action. Keep yourself for the daily emotional ’s you keep overcoming. You’re doing in incredible job friends! Trust me when I say I’m riding every last one with you. They ain’t easy but man life is a beautifully intense journey when you have faith. Trust the process. We’re all being so divinely guided. We’re in this together.
