COVID-19 & The Precautions We Are Taking Rejoice Pet Salon has decided to remain open and it is our responsibility to provide a clean and safe environment for its staffs and customers. We will be dedicating 2 hours each day to deep clean the store and also in-between customers. As a result of the new protocols, we have adjusted our working hours to 10:00AM to 4:00PM.... 1. Our card machine and the door are cleaned with an alcohol spray after each customer. 2. Staffs will be wearing a mask at all times and gloves will be worn when serving every customer. 3. We encourage all dogs to be leashed so they can be handed over to the staff while retaining a safe distance. 4. We are no longer providing walk-in nail trims. Due to our reduced hours and limited appointments, we suggest owners to book 1-2 weeks ahead. Our earliest appointment currently is on April 30th. We will resume normal business hours on April 7th.... If you are feeling unwell or is under self-isolation from traveling (14 days), please stay home. Please be assured that we do not have any cancellation fees, please give us a call or leave us a voice message if you need to reschedule. The health and safety of the employees and the community is our top priority. If you would like to make an appointment, please leave us a voice message with your dog's name and your phone number. Dear Customers, Rejoice Pet Salon will remain open and will be operating with reduced hours; our temporary store hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00AM to 4:00PM. We will also be following the Provincial Health guidelines closely.... If you are under self-isolation from traveling, feeling unwell, or have been in contact with someone who has showed symptoms, please stay home and rest. Only one customer will be allowed inside at a time and please keep your social distance when dropping off your dog. We recommend dogs to be kept on a leash so they can be safely transferred to the staff. For customers who wish to remain outside, we are also accepting E-transfer as payment and we can communicate over the phone. We are also no longer accepting any walk-in nail-trims. All dogs will require a full bath once they enter the salon. Due to our reduced hours, we recommend customers to book their appointment 1-2 weeks ahead. Dear Customers, With the holiday season fast approaching, we are starting to get quite busy. We are already fully booked from Dec 18 to Dec 22.... If you want your furry buddy to have a haircut, before our holiday we recommend you to make an appointment in advance. We will also be closed for holiday from Dec 23 to Jan 7. Our regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, Jan 8. Thank you!

These three lovely dogs currently reside in China and were recently rescued from horrendous living conditions. They are desperately in need of a forever home or even a foster home. Prior to their adoption, they will also receive a full grooming to make sure they look and feel healthy. We hope to be able to find them a forever home where they can start a new chapter in life feeling loved, safe, and happy.
