Do you recognize that you sometimes self-sabotage? How do we get out of our own way so we can feel more peace, and reach our goals more easily? We are held back from reaching our potential by self-limiting belief systems. Namely, the way our thoughts (such as, "Im not good enough") make us FEEL (guilty, sad, diheartened). ... This video is part of a self-compassion series with tools to support you in creating a kinder inner dialogue. The results of shifting the way we look at our beliefs about ourselves (the ability to question our own thoughts as fact or fiction) is a superpower that helps you to navigate the world with more love and ease, and with less fear and self-sabotage. What is your inner critic like? Name them and feel free to share about them in the comments below!

Yet, so much relief can come when we share what is okay and what is not okay in our relationships. As Bren Brown, renowned shame and vulnerability researcher put it, "Boundar...ies are respect." Truth bomb! Enjoy your dance!

Anyone else getting caught up in the Cult-of-Productivity? This article is a funny reflection on our self-(and societal) expectations. Stress is a hugely energy-sucking force; so why are we feeling so much pressure to GOGOGO and get all the things done? Lets acknowledge how hard this is and stop "shoulding" on ourselves. On the other hand, sometimes throwing ourselves into work can feel like a nice distraction from the state of the world, and thats okay too. If you are enjoying learning new skills like making loaves of sourdough bread or running an online business, you keep on enjoying that! Its all about balance and harm-reduction with the ways we cope.
