. We are grateful to be nominated and to have won this award. We worked hard through 2 years of closures to keep our community moving and give back. This is a Team Relentless award. "In recognition of your contributions in going above and beyond to keep your members fit and healthy especially during a pandemic. Your ability to pivot in order to maintain dialogue and motivation through online classes, outdoor classes, lending out equipment and ensuring a safe and welcoming facility during all the various phases of the pandemic along with running food drives is to be commended."
We are extremely proud of our junior team! It was the first Kickboxing competition for most of them. Every single one of them stepped up and put on great performances! They proved that they can do hard things. They followed through with 8 weeks of competition training and stepped on the mats and had great fights. It takes a team to do this and we are proud of how these young athletes really came together as a team and family. Huge thanks to Ethan LeBlanc for all the help in training and great coaching and leadership yesterday. The future is bright for these kids!

A 2nd round finish for @davidsudri in the Heavyweight Main Event in his very first fight. He controlled the fight from start to finish. David is one of the hardest workers in the gym. We are very proud of his performance!
A great sequence from Ethan LeBlanc on Saturday. Great composure and awareness at just 16 years old. We are very proud of the adjustments made for this fight. Hats off to his very tough opponent!
- ! We are incredibly proud of David & Ethan's performances last night. Ethan was technical and patient in a rematch and took a decision with a great performance.... David's first fight was a Main Event and he did not disappoint! He put on a dominant performance and won by TKO in the 2nd round. Thank you to the team for helping them prepare and everyone for their continued support of this journey!

Today’s workout consists of 5 movements. Each set of 5 you will do for 30 seconds each exercise for round 1, for a total of 2:30. Each round you will add 10 seconds to each exercise. The rounds will be 30-40-50-60 seconds per exercise and then 60-50-40-30 seconds going back down! 1. Overhead Step Back Lunge... 2. Side to Side with 2 Push UPS 3. 2 Squat Thruster 4. : ! ... This workout is 3 x 5 Minute rounds. You will do round 1 for 5 minutes straight, alternating between the 5 exercises each minute. Take a 1 minute break and start over again.
