our hearts are sad for this dedicated woman, her family, work family and province. We are shocked that this tragedy has happened in our beautiful province. ...She and her partner would never have expected to face this attack and her family for her not to come home yesterday. No words can express in full the gratitude we have today and always for our RCMP members and all front line workers. We need to take time to all show honour and respect. Prayers for all of the individuals, families and their friends that are experiencing loss and hurt, those that have been violated in their homes and communities. I personally am thankful to have lived in this amazing and progressive province my entire life. Thankful now for the leadership and compassion shown by Stephen McNeil and Justin Trudeau at this time. May this be a time as well during Covid-19 when all citizens, including politicians of all parties realize the power of compassion, love for others, and the ability to put ourselves in another’s position situation at this time.
