Some great tips to try when feeling the ever increasing anxiety and stress during these very challenging times.

When people call to book an appointment, I am often asked, "which therapy should I book?" Well, that isn't really an easy answer because clients respond to certain modalities while other modalities are ineffective. But, rule of thumb I use is what are you seeking to treat? Is is an emotional issue? Then I would begin with Reiki. Is it a physical issue? I would definitely begin with reflexology. Is it allergies?
