Off The Grid The biggest secret...no one wants you to know. If your feeling overwhelmed, stressed, confused what you are doing daily may be adding to this. ... A few things I’ve learned on my journey which are simple to implement once you innerstand why. To shift from confusion to clarity To shift from overwhelm to ease To shift from stressed to calm Here are the secret keys: The kingdom of God is within you Meaning all the answers you are seeking come from within NOT the External World. Consider Turning off the External Noise; stop scrolling on social media, watching the news, listening to music that agitates you, feeding your body harmful chemicals, drinking harmful chemicals. Start by going off the grid...even it’s for a short time... no phone, no noise, no media, complete silence. Say a prayer making a call to your holy Christ self( higher self), your I AM Presence, you Divine Father, your Divine Mother Archangels, Guardian Angels, Ascended Masters to sit with you...ask that only those beings of Christ consciousness light be present and all else less than this to leave. Sit, breathe, outside or with a live plant, listen to external sounds then shift and listen to internal sounds. Focus on your heart Centre, the Centre of your chest and imagine breathing through your heart. Ask Mother Mary to nuture you, comfort you. Sit, Be Shift your focus inward instead of outward. Sit BE Listen Breathe Allow, Listen internally, Breathe Trust Have Faith Breathe Be Listen Repeat until you feel at peace. Our spiritual journey is not always easy. There are moments of pain that run deep as we cleanse and heal all aspects of self. Sometimes we want to cling to the past, even if it’s no longer serving our highest good. ... Uncomfortable misery can sometimes still feel comfortable...or less scary then the unknown future. We can stay in this space for only a short time for life is always changing, never stagnant. As much as we strive for stability in our lives, it is divine law that requires us to continually expand and move forward. Without this expansion we contract, and eventually die. In order to live fully we must go through the cycles of the seasons...we must shed the old to birth the new. We must nurture the seeds of new and eventually enjoy the harvest. But change isn’t always easy...transition can feel difficult and even draw us into the dark. If we honour this darkness we will see the way to the light. To birthing anew all of your experiences. Reflect and honour all of your experiences, no matter how imperfect or difficult they may seem. Trust in God, the Divine to see the full view of your life from the heavens. Allow and trust in the cleansing of the old. Be on the look out for the blessings God ( Great Spirit , Source ) brings to you all in perfect Divine timing. Reflect on the blessings of every experience, reflect upon the lessons and move forward with renewed faith. Remember you are perfect, whole and complete.
