Good morning ! Link for group class sign ups October is up ! http://portroyalfitness.ca/... If you don't mind can you sign up for all the class's for the month! I'm asking all my clients so they continue them for everyone for free or else they'll cancel them if we can't get 9 people together for every class ! That is why they get canceled sometimes! So please spread the word! Make sure you click on OCTOBER and reload to sign up for the month of OCTOBER to ensure your spot!!
