Join us on the last Monday of each month to connect with people that may be going through a similar situation. Our groups provide a safe environment where everyone can learn, express, manage emotions, and help each other through mutual understanding and support. A Dementia Care Coach will be there to facilitate the group, answer questions, and provide ongoing support.
