I received these last night from the owner of the project we just started. Beautiful!!
Because of COVID-19 it is so hard to get pressure treated lattice. It hasn’t been available for months so why let that stop you from doing your project. We are making lattice on site. Much better than what you can buy also.
A quick fix of a deteriorated step at a care home facility. Proper concrete products, bonding agents and a little time should do the repair quite easily. Just waiting for the concrete to set better and then sponge finish.
This portion of the renovation involves installing edge tape on pieces of 1/4 in veneer plywood ready for stain. To send it out to get the tape installed on 10 ...pieces wasn’t a suitable solution. This is all you need for this process. Most people in the industry would have no idea where to start. Experience and knowledge is a critical factor in the industry. See more
Scheduling is the key for any main floor renovation when the clients live in their home.
Nice renovation. A pleasure to be involved in this one.
Check out the Spring Edition of Saskatoon Home Magazine just released.

A few years ago I was involved in a court case on a project. When I was done I was standing outside and one of the owners came up to me and said. I told our lawyer you should have been on our team. I wasn’t. Yesterday I was in a lawyers office giving a report for a case. After we were done one of the contractors in which we are representing the owner in the case says to me boy I’m glad you’re on our our side Made me feel good knowing it helps people. Our industry has ma...ny challenges and if the contractors or the clients made mistakes through out the process and I can identify it, I’m going to include that in the report as an opinion backed with the reason. There is more to this industry than people realize. Hiring a consultant before on your project to oversee it takes away a lot of the issues at the end.
Many homeowners and a lot of contractors would never know what walls are load bearing. I've seen this lots where you identify the possibility that the walls are load bearing and the next contractor doesn't care. Spending money on architects and engineers to permit the work is a wise and smart investment. Hopefully this works out for the people who are effected because of lack of knowledge from someone else.
Are you looking for some work to be done at your office or at your home. Contact me at my office .I have time to accommodate future work. Over the past couple years I have been supervising and preform all of the work myself so there are no surprises at the end.
