We had the opportunity to build this new 400 sq ft cedar deck in this new subdivision after completing a similar deck two doors down.

We were given the opportunity to renovate two bathrooms last November. Both were completed in time and on budget for the holiday holiday season.

This renovation consisted of a complete gut of the existing bungalow, bump out addition on the back, raising of the sunken living room, remodel of two bathrooms, two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room & a new great room including a gas fireplace.

Complete deck renovation, including tear down of existing deck. Design and architectural drawings for building permits.
