Spending a chilly Sunday morning together is a delight! Outdoors, and socially distanced, we had a great time learning about animals from around the world.

Nerds Mike and Ray had a great trip to Northern BC this month. 1150 kilometers of driving through beautiful territory encompassing Terrace, Smithers, Houston, Stewart, and Kitimat. It was great to be back, and wonderful catching up with people!

We recently got a call from a senior citizen who was having trouble filing his taxes. With the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) now only accepting electronic tax filings, he was frustrated and not sure what to do. I don’t have a computer, I’ve never had a computer, and I will never have a computer, he said. We love to help people and could feel how desperate he was. We did some research and found that the CRA has a list of free tax clinics. These clinics are for people who have simple taxes to file and who don’t have computer access/skills to file their taxes electronically.
