So here we are...navigating another impossible situation...working tirelessly to accommodate as many clients into our already fully booked week. Our staff have made special arrangements with their child care, spouses & families to be able to open up their schedules as much as possible! And our Front Desk staff have an incredibly hard task trying to manage everyone's schedules. Please be patient with them, and show them grace. I am so proud of all of my staff, and humbled by t...heir work ethic & perseverance & incredibly positive attitudes! Having said that, PLEASE DO NOT no-show or cancel same day appointments this week, because to be frank, it is not fair to the girls or others who have not been able to get in. No-show fees will be collected if this occurs. IF YOU HAVE an upcoming appt it will remain in que for when we re-open. We are doing our best to get a hold of everyone. OUR RETAIL will remain OPEN! 8am to 9pm this week. Next week we will post retail hours. :) We also offer curb side pick up and can take contactless payment.
