Stop potential leaking into your basement now by ensuring gutters are free of debris, downspouts and all water sources run away from your foundation.

Smoke Free Fire ? Always double check to ensure your fireplace or woodstove flue is in the open position before lighting your fire.

Water tank overflow valve dripping ? Check your water pressure by turning on a sink on the same floor as the water tank. If you notice higher than normal pressure for the first few seconds, your pressure relief valve is failing and it is time for replacement.
