Getting a lot of requests for "deep tissue" massage from clients that actually just wanted "deep pressure" instead? Share this with your clients to help promote that pressure should be comfortable, and that deep pressure isn't always what will get the best results!

Great article that hits home x 2 now- as a mother and as a Registered Massage Therapist. You NEED to take care of yourself to be able to take care of others. If you want to keep up with your children, your job... your LIFE, it's not an option or a luxury; it's a NECESSITY.
