It's difficult to think about the upcoming darker days of winter, but trust me, they are coming! This is your to let me help you ride out the dark days with some easy to learn but very powerful breathing methods that can help you feel more in control of your emotions and feelings. Although we can’t change what is happening in the world outside, we can consciously change our anxious breathing patterns to actually help how we feel on the inside.
