Our latest kitchen installation was inspired by the sellers design to use both black and wood elements. We were able to create balance by use of artwork and greenery, plus a fun paddle cutting board wall to continue the flow of that organic element throughout the large open concept space. So happy for my clients! They accepted an offer $108K over asking. Their home was immaculate and they took the advice to replace builder carpet with some new hard floors (best return on your investment btw...) They had cool undertone paint that came across as pale blue and gold/caramel furniture that were not working together happily. Figuring out how to tie those colours together and make them look like they belonged was the challenge. By renting a few accessories, area carpet and artwork, changed the feel and made all the difference.
