When we say LIFETIME customer service, we mean LIFETIME. We had a customer contact us with a Generation 1 RetroBox who was having an error when he tried to start SNES games. Because all our software is backwards compatible we will be upgrading his box to our 2020 frontend end and updated games list and giving it a little TLC before sending it back. If you own one of our older generation RetroBoxes or RetroCades, feel free to reach out anytime! We love to hear from old custome...rs and keep our old units retrogaming for years to come.
